Uzana, the geographic centre of Bulgaria

A mountain meadow at 1,220 m with the pyramid marking Bulgaria's centre, huts, a zip line and easy trails.

From the Shipka pass the road west along the ridge reaches Uzana, the largest meadow in the Balkan range. There is a visitor centre, a ski lift in winter, a watchtower and family hotels.
