A National Revival courtyard with a working rose still: live distillation in season, rose liqueur and rose jam in the yard.

In the old quarter below Tyulbeto, a 19th-century village house and a rose merchant's town house have been restored. The yard holds a rose-oil still where distillation is demonstrated in May–June; rose liqueur and jam are offered all year. Small, friendly and on the way to the tomb.
